ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL: All payments made to AustinScore, including subscription fees, one-time payments, and service charges, are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. We do NOT provide refunds under any circumstances.
NO REFUND POLICY: We maintain a strict NO REFUND policy for all services, subscriptions, reports, data access, or any other products or services provided through our platform.
SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES: Subscription fees are charged automatically and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Users are responsible for all subscription charges regardless of usage or satisfaction with the service.
PAYMENT PROCESSING: We use third-party payment processors and are NOT responsible for any payment processing errors, delays, or failures. Users are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES: All credit card charges are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. We are NOT responsible for any unauthorized charges or disputes with credit card companies.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION: Canceling a subscription does NOT entitle users to refunds for unused portions of the subscription period. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions to avoid charges.
BILLING CYCLE: Subscription fees are charged in advance for the entire billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for early cancellation or unused portions.

TAXES AND FEES: Users are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges. We are NOT responsible for any tax implications or additional charges imposed by third parties.
DISPUTED CHARGES: Users who dispute charges with their payment provider may have their accounts suspended or terminated. We are NOT responsible for any consequences of charge disputes.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY: We do NOT guarantee continuous service availability. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without notice or compensation.
USAGE LIMITATIONS: We reserve the right to limit or restrict service usage at our sole discretion. No refunds are provided for service limitations or restrictions.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of terms, payment issues, or other reasons without notice or refund.
DATA ACCESS: We do NOT guarantee access to historical data or reports after subscription cancellation. Users should download and save any data they wish to retain.
SERVICE MODIFICATIONS: We may modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without notice or compensation to users.
THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS: Our service may depend on third-party integrations that may fail or be discontinued. We are NOT responsible for any consequences of third-party service failures.

PROPRIETARY ALGORITHMS: AustinScore's scoring algorithms, analytics, and proprietary data are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our algorithms.
TRADEMARKS: AustinScore, AustinScore™, and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
COPYRIGHT: All content, software, and materials on our platform are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
FEEDBACK LICENSE: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property without compensation. We may use such feedback without restriction.
NO REVERSE ENGINEERING: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software or algorithms.
FAIR HOUSING COMPLIANCE: Our scoring system is designed to be non-discriminatory and does not consider race, religion, gender, national origin, familial status, or disability in scoring calculations.
NOT A CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY: AustinScore is NOT a consumer credit reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our scores are NOT credit scores and should not be used for credit decisions.
NO CREDIT DECISIONS: Our scores should NOT be used as the basis for credit decisions, loan approvals, or other financial decisions that require credit reporting.
EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY: We support equal housing opportunity and do not discriminate in our scoring methodology.
API USAGE LIMITS: API access is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. Excessive usage may result in service suspension or termination.
NO DATA REDISTRIBUTION: You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute our data, scores, or API responses without written permission.
WHITE-LABEL RESTRICTIONS: Use of our data in client dashboards or white-label solutions requires separate licensing agreements.
API REVOCATION: We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for violations of terms or excessive usage.
PARTNER COMPLIANCE: API users must comply with all third-party data provider terms and restrictions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
